Evidence Of Harassment Against Noel A. Bednaz At The Hands Of Dennis P. McCann.

Threats from Dennis on Noel's anti-abuse forum:

E-mail harassment from Dennis to Noel after he was expressly blocked him from Noel's primary e-mail account:

Dennis has made these demands repeatedly through the years expecting that Noel will cave to his wishes. Now ask yourself the following questions. Who initiated the contact first? Noel or Dennis? Are these e-mails and forum comments the actions of someone who is being stalked or by someone who is the stalker? You decide.

Here is where Dennis confirms the infamous "Christmas Eve" message is what prompted him to restore the website. Yet in his e-mail to me, he makes it appear insignificant. It was clearly significant enough for him to begin attacking Noel again after seven years of silence. Additionally, he claims to never have sent Noel anything. Sure, that is why we have e-mails and forum comments here proving his statement is a flat out lie. Did the Tooth Fairy make those comments and send those e-mails to Noel? I think not! The way Dennis flaunts his alleged accomplishments by declaring: "I'm a University Professor with paintings on five continents" says a great deal about the extent of his enormous ego. Are we supposed to be impressed that someone who claims to hold these credentials is stalking an innocent person all the while he is playing the victim game? Can we honestly take his word at face value that Noel is allegedly stalking him when he eludes presenting any tangible proof of his accusations? Again, I think not!

Some time later, Joe Viglione became a turncoat against Noel. This indicates his personal issues with Dennis had enough relevance to involve Noel in his twisted games. His statements against Dennis did prove to be credible however.


Dennis makes an attempt to bait Noel into a reaction to his attacks:

Again, Dennis flaunts himself by declaring: "I have two Master's Degrees, am a University Professor, and have paintings on five continents" thus giving off the impression his alleged status is something all of us are supposed to be impressed with. Anybody can achieve these things but it does not mean they are upstanding people. Ted Bundy studied law and later became a psychology major with high honors but he was a serial rapist and murderer. I rest my case with that! As for the rest of the horrible things Dennis declared about Noel, one can only conclude he has a deep hatred which reflects in his various rants. For him to declare "the website will be up long after you're dust. You've earned that" is quite obtuse and arrogant. Furthermore, he keeps insisting that if Noel does what he demands, "all this will be over" when it is plain he wants to continue this indefinitely.


Dennis uses Noel's personal anguish and denies he has caused any pain:

This is someone who claims Noel is the stalker and posts rotten things like this. Oh, but he has "never written anything about Noel" right?


Dennis implies an "end to this" once again but continues to bait Noel into a reaction:

Notice the deliberate reversal strategy Dennis uses to place the blame at Noel's feet? This "nice woman" whom Dennis alleges was attacked by Noel is a fan of his and a fellow stalker named Devon Bell whom has victimized Suzanne Poirier over the loss of a man. The man supposedly left Devon for Suzanne and a jealous rage from Devon's end ensued. If Devon Bell is so "nice" as Dennis states, then so is a rabid dog.


The latest threat e-mail from Dennis to Noel with complete headers:

The address has been redacted at the request of the actual home owner whom is not Noel as Dennis assumes. As mentioned in a previous article I have written, Noel simply had a package delivered to this address in an effort to protect the true address Noel resides at. This is a fact Dennis refuses to acknowledge. After seeing this final piece of evidence proving Dennis to be the initiator of the contact with Noel, there should be no doubt as to who the aggressor is. Sure, all alleged stalking victims repeatedly go out of their way to make contact with the person they insist is stalking them. Right? Here is something else to ponder. Noel in all these years has adamantly denied all of the accusations made by Dennis. If this person was truly guilty of the offenses and knowing how badly Noel wants the pain to end, you would think by now Noel would meet the demands of Dennis. Why should there be an admission of guilt where there is none just to get Dennis to stop the abuse though? To me, that makes no sense for anybody to do. This "evidence" Dennis claims he has against Noel is non-factual and is based purely on his own notions that everything was sent by this person. This includes the infamous "Christmas Eve" message he has blamed on Noel since the website was restored. He uses various excuses to elude having to present tangible proof that Noel sent that message and thus, started things back up with him again. Does it make sense that Noel would stir things up after seven years of peace without Dennis's crooked antics? Any educated person would see that it does not make sense. Especially after seeing the following messages Noel sent to Dennis conveying the clear desire to have no further dealings with him.


The only messages Noel sent to Dennis during this recent period of harassment:

As of this point, Noel has not written another word nor reacted to the abuse from Dennis in any way. Additionally, Noel voluntarily deleted personal blogs in an effort to initiate a peaceful resolution. Dennis was non-receptive to this and he continues to assume Noel owns other blogs as well including mine. These are the blogs he expects to be removed by Noel. News flash, Noel can not remove what others create! Noel is only responsible for personal blogs. I am responsible for mine, and the others are the responsibility of their respectable owners. I can not speak for the others but my blogs will remain available for public viewing until Dennis ends his vindictive attacks against Noel. If you have been a victim of Dennis P. Mission Statement.

The purpose of this blog is to present evidence proving that Dennis P. McCann is an internet stalker. For the past fourteen years, he has been targeting an innocent person named Noel A. Bednaz. His obsession with Noel has no boundaries and he has literally gone out of his way to assassinate this person's reputation. He claims Noel is the aggressor while repeatedly inflicting more abuse. He expresses a desire for all this to end but continues to bait his victim in an effort to get a reaction. Additionally, he implies that Noel's supporters, including myself, are "sock puppets" because of his need to believe Noel is standing alone. I have attested previously that I do in fact exist. If Dennis wants to believe otherwise, that is his delusion. My level of concern about what he thinks is zero. The level of concern I have for Noel is of the utmost importance. The evidence I will present on this blog should clear up any misunderstandings others have as to who the real stalker is. I ask you educated readers, please review the facts and judge accordingly.
