1. When confronted on his stalking, he always says things like: "Noel is the stalker", "Noel is lying", "The proof is on the website", and then he proceeds to post the link any place he sees fit or where ever he has chased Noel down to.
2. When certain facts are brought to light and he is asked to explain things, he says things like: "Never happened", "So once again we have an example of Noel attempting to lie her way out of a lie after being caught lying", "She is a convicted criminal and a liar", Mark Smith is Noel Bednaz", "And this disproves the claim that the Dockets are on this site illegally", and other times, he simply skirts around the truth by avoiding answering any legitimate questions. Another tactic he uses is trying to discredit me by claiming I am Noel. Case in point, the final update I posted on my other blog:

Dennis claims to have "disproved" my claims while claiming his facts are legitimate. All he does is claim, claim claim. He has no real defense although he likes to claim he does.
Now, I will point out the various things Dennis whines about constantly much like a baby wanting to be fed or have a diaper change and the things he brags about to increase his level of importance:
1. "I'm still being harassed, maligned and libeled, my copyrights are still being infringed". (The "copyright infringement" term was adopted from online scammer Ben Gurecki. Dennis never used this term before that nutter did. He will probably deny it though.)
2. "I'm a University Professor with paintings on five continents". (Whoop-A-Dee-Doo!)
3. "Apologize to my dead mother, admit to all the things you've done, take down the blogs/websites, and all this goes away". (What he says to Noel as he is blackmailing this person. How the hell do you apologize to a rotting corpse anyhow?)
When Dennis is not blackmailing, libeling, and mowing down Noel's reputation, he is making empty threats such as this:
"A simple flight to MASS and a cab ride to the Police Dept. in your town and we could see what all this evidence would really amount to".
Just what does he think this will accomplish and why would any PD outside of Turkey entertain such foolishness from a nutter who does not even live in their jurisdiction? I guess you would have to ask Dennis that one.
Each of Dennis's actions has a purpose and they are not as honorable as he tries to make them out to be. He has a sick obsession with Noel Bednaz and the proof is displayed all over his libelous website. He has published this person's name more times than can be counted on both hands and feet. The biggest display is on the front page where a bold headline states: "Noel A. Bednaz of Westfield Massachusetts is a Cyber-Stalker" despite this person not living in the area anymore. This is the fantasy world Dennis wants to live in however and I guess I am nobody to deprive him of the privilege to make himself look stupid.
His obsession has no boundaries as proven recently when he conducted a background check so he could track Noel. What the background check failed to show is where this person is now. The reason why it shows only Noel's old address is because there is nothing in this person's former or current name at the new address. Noel felt it was necessary to do this for protection against Dennis. This is a common practice with stalking victims. The predators on the other hand like Dennis do everything in their power to track their target where ever they go.
You might be wondering how I know all this and I will tell you. It is not because I am a "sock puppet" of Noel's as Dennis prefers to call me. I am in close contact with this person and I was granted the right to tell Noel's story. Dennis will surely make a big deal over this and discredit me in the next round of his lie fest but I need not be concerned. I know who I am and what I am talking about. Dennis on the other hand, does not.
The hold Noel has over Dennis is astonishing. He obsesses over this person day and night while Noel is simply trying to move on with life. Why does he do this? The reason is simple. Much like a heroin addict needs a fix, Dennis crawls out of his skin when he fails to get a reaction out of Noel. He gets high off Noel and relishes in making this person's life pure misery. Dissatisfied with his own life, his mission is to take what he can from Noel's life and leave an innocent person there for dead. Assassinating Noel's reputation is how he achieves this goal.
He knows like anybody else that the sanctity of a person's good name is extremely valuable. Once that gets ruined, a person has nothing left to lose aside from their own lives. If Noel was to die, that would be Dennis's final victory because then, he could take no more away. The only thing he could do in the aftermath is make himself look more like an insensitive creep by defaming Noel's character beyond human life. This is not something I personally would put past Dennis because he is a maniacal monster.
Dennis likes to portray his website as a "public service" but in actuality, it serves primarily as a means for him to have sweet mental revenge against Noel. Anybody who would invest fourteen years of his life to engage in activities designed to break down another human being truly needs psychological help. Attacking Noel gives Dennis's life more meaning and this is the reason he continues to do it. He sees what he does as necessary but it is only that to him and anybody else looking for a way to get back at Noel through Dennis. They are just as horrid as he is.
Dennis's website is based mainly on his own personal belief that Noel has done all these bad things to him. Only a fraction of the website can be considered credible such as the documentation of websites, groups, petitions, and blogs Noel had previously created about him as a defense tactic after he began his attacks in his groups, all of which he lost as the result of his own ignorance. The court records are in the past but Dennis prefers to keep them current despite the cases having nothing to do with him and all but two being formally dismissed. This is the fact Dennis repeatedly debunks so he can successfully avoid the realization that it was because of the letter he wrote to the courts and materials he furnished that made it possible for Noel to be exonerated. He can remain in denial about this all he wants to but he can never erase the judge's decision to dismiss those cases. Dennis can only hold it over Noel like a life sentence to preserve his precious image by making his lies appear more credible. The cases essentially were none of his business or the public's until he made them that way.
The rest of what he has on there amounts to someone sending him inappropriate e-cards, malicious e-mails, utilizing fake e-mailers, ect. Someone sent them but it does not mean it was Noel. Dennis just likes to claim it was this person to make the website more interesting and damaging to Noel's character.
The infamous Christmas Eve 2012 e-mail is what inspired Dennis to resume his attacks against Noel. He remains fixated on the theory that Noel sent the e-mail in question. Apparently, it never occurred to him that perhaps someone who had it in for Noel was in fact responsible for this. All because of this measly, meaningless e-mail, Dennis restarted a cyber war. This could have easily been ignored but then, Dennis would have no meaning to his own life without Noel. Below is a screen shot taken from the blog of the individual I believe is responsible for the e-mail:
See the similarities in writing style? All in "CAPS" just like the e-mail and the general message is clearly against Noel. Who is this character? I will now tell you. He may go by "White Rabbitt" online but his real name is Larry Melton aka Joseph Gallagher and he is a registered sex offender. See the page below for proof:

All perfectly legitimate information on public record unlike the court records Dennis published about Noel that even a background check failed to turn up. Anybody who claims Noel's records are part of the public domain needs their heads examined by a licensed professional. Larry Melton on the other hand should rightfully be considered a prime suspect because of his writing style matching that of the e-mail, his open negative comments about Noel, and the fact he is low enough to be a sex offender, a genuine criminal unlike Noel who was wrongly accused of lesser offenses and has kept out of trouble ever since. It should additionally be noted that Noel was once friendly with Larry Melton before discovering his sordid past. The ties were quickly severed after the discovery that he likes looking at kiddie porn.
I feel I can say with complete certainty, Dennis will attempt to "disprove" this entire article so he can salvage what is left of his dignity. More lies will follow and he might even defend Larry Melton who incidentally is a Charles Manson devotee as shown by the "X" on his forehead. Even Manson himself would be appalled. I can not reveal the identity of the person who led me in the direction of Larry Melton but I will say this person was very close to him and knows him well. If Dennis after seeing this evidence which I feel supports the reasonable doubt theory tries to debunk it in any way by continuing to lay the blame on Noel and/or absolving Larry Melton of any possible responsibility for that Christmas Eve e-mail, then he obviously supports low-life registered sex offenders. For all I know, Dennis could be into that sort of thing himself. If by some strange miracle Dennis admits there is a possibility Larry Melton could have sent the e-mail, this will not only shed a different light on Noel but it will show there is possible hope for Dennis. Either way, the facts I have presented here are tangible and should be taken into consideration. This is a win-win situation for Noel anyhow regardless of the outcome.
What Dennis posts next after reviewing these facts will say a great deal about the content of his character. A true victim would want to get to the bottom of things rather than remain closed off to the possibility someone else could be responsible for attacking them. Dennis can no longer claim to be a victim if he resumes his attacks against Noel after this, and claiming I am doing the writing will not help his case. He will instead prove himself to be the one and only predator. Only that type of individual keeps posting nonsense despite being ignored by his/her target and by disregarding key evidence such as what I have presented here. This article is now concluded.
